Chicken Bruschetta

This chicken bruschetta is one of my favorite meals! It’s quick and healthy! Perfect for a weeknight dinner. It’s light and healthy, and my hubby loves it too… that’s always plus!

Ingredients:
▫️Boneless Chicken Breasts
▫️15-20 Cherry Tomatoes
▫️30ish Mini Mozzarella balls halved
▫️Fresh Basil (as much as you want)
▫️ 1 teaspoon of garlic
▫️Olive Oil (drizzle)
▫️ 1 teaspoon Grated Parmesan
▫️Salt & Pepper to taste
▫️Balsamic Glaze

To make:
▫️Mix Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, basil, olive oil, and salt/pepper in a bowl and set aside.
▫️Sauté chicken breasts
▫️ Sauté asparagus with olive oil and salt/pepper
▫️Top chicken with bruschetta mix and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
