Energy Bites

These energy bites are the perfect snack and are also great if you’re breastfeeding! Brewer’s yeast is great for increasing supply. I am living on these lately, and will definitely need them when baby #2 is here! I’m not sure if it’ll benefit my supply this early, but they’re rich in vitamin B!

What you’ll need:

▪️ 2 cups oats
▪️ 1.5 cups peanut butter
▪️ 2/3 Lily’s dark chocolate chips
▪️ 4 tablespoons flaxseed
▪️ 4 tablespoons agave
▪️ 2 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
▪️ dash of sea salt
▪️ roll into balls and refrigerate

When I first had Palmer, I lived on these! Brewer’s yeast is known to help supply, and I swear I noticed a huge difference. I love snacking on these now, but can’t wait to take advantage of the benefits after baby #2 is here!
